Option 1: Long trekking to: Ao Ech - Viet Hai Village and boat trip, kayaking in Lan Ha Bay

Itinerary:

+ 8 am: Pick up at your hotel to the Park

+ 8:30 - 9 am: Overall introduced the Park and Cat Ba Archipelago Biosphere Reserve.

+ 9am - 13pm: Hiking in tropical rain forest to Ao Ếch and Viet Hai Village: visit the ecosystems of tropical rainforest on the island of limestone with many different habitats and wildlife. 9km trekking trail on karst montains, raiting: first 2-3 hours intermediate, final part (1-2 hours) challenging for fit people as it requires almost climbing up and down rocks and stones; a lot of fun and adventures though.  

+ 13pm – 14pm: lunch and visit Viet Hai Village and local culture.

+ 14pm - 14.30: Cycling from Viet Hai Village to the quay for sightseeing.

+ 14h30 - 17h00: take a boat trip to visit Lan Ha Bay, swimming at isolated beach, kayaking in hidden charm marine area of the Park

+ 17pm: get on the bus to your hotel, finish the tour.

Option 2: Hiking to panoramic view of Ngu Lam Peak – Exploring Trung Trang Grotto and Army Hospital Cave – Visit Monkey Island and Lan Ha Bay

+ 12h - 13h 00: Lunch at Forestry Restaurant in the Park.

+ 13h-13h30: Get on the bus to Beo Quay at Cat Ba town. 

+ 13:30 - 15:00 Get on the tourist boat to visit floating village and aquaculture growing; Visit Cat Cat Dua Island (Monkey Island), swimming and observing monkeys.

+ 15:00 - 17:00: Visit Lan Ha Bay, Nam Cat island, kayaking, swimming. 

+ 17:00 - 17:30 : Get on bus to your hotel, finish the tour.
